How do UK shops get their files?
Every file is digital, so it reaches Belfast as fast as Brighton. You get an email with the stitch files attached and a copy in your client account, where you can download them again at any time. Larger orders with several formats come as a single download.

Lettering and fabrics we see from UK

Do I pay VAT on digitizing from you?
Our invoices are in US dollars and do not add UK VAT. If your business is VAT-registered, check with your accountant whether you need to account for it under the reverse charge for services bought from abroad.
Can I pay in pounds?
You pay by card in US dollars through Stripe and your bank converts the amount to pounds at its rate. Most UK business cards handle this with no extra steps.
Can I give sizes in millimetres?
Yes. Enter the finished width or height in mm on the quote form. We build the file to that exact size and show it on the preview.
Which format does my machine need?
Tajima, Barudan and ZSK machines read DST. Brother and Babylock read PES. If you are not sure, use our file format finder or just tell us your machine model.
How fast will I get my file?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours after you approve the quote. Rush same-day service is available for most designs.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One design is fine, and there is no setup fee on top of the quoted price.
