How do Canadian shops get their files?
Your files come by email and are saved in your client account. There are no couriers, customs forms or brokerage fees, which is the usual surprise when ordering physical goods across the border.

Lettering and fabrics we see from Canada
Bilingual names need accents such as é, è, à and ç. Auto-digitizing often drops them or turns them into a blob at small sizes. We build each accent as part of the letter, so "Équipe" and "Français" read cleanly on a cap side. Knit toques also need special underlay so stitches do not sink into the rib.

Do I pay GST or HST on your digitizing?
Our invoices are in US dollars and do not add GST, HST or QST. If your business is registered, your accountant can tell you whether imported services need to be self-assessed.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
You pay by card in US dollars through Stripe and your bank converts it to Canadian dollars.
Do you digitize French accents?
Yes. Accents such as é, è, à, ç and ô are built as part of each letter and stay readable on caps and left chest logos.
Can you digitize for knit toques?
Yes. Knit needs a different underlay and a little more density, so tell us it is a toque or beanie and we build the file for it.
Which format do I need?
Tajima, Barudan and most commercial machines read DST. Brother reads PES, Melco and Bernina read EXP. Order several formats at no extra cost.
How fast is delivery?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours after quote approval, and same-day rush is available for most designs.
